Billing

IP Defender uses pay-after-use billing. Your first statement is issued 30 days after you start monitoring. After that, billing cycles quarterly. You only pay for the monitoring you have actively used. Payments are processed through a secure third-party processor.

30-Day Cancellation Period

Since the first billing statement is issued after 30 days, you may evaluate the service and cancel within that period with no charge. After that, you may still cancel at any time from your account settings. Any outstanding balance for services already delivered remains due.

Refunds

Because billing applies to monitoring already performed, we do not issue refunds for past periods. There is nothing to refund in advance - you are never charged for service you have not yet received.
